Peter Bithos is responsible for leading and driving SEEK’s growth and operations in Asia, while building on the company’s success and presence throughout the region.
He brings over 20 years of experience in the Tech, Media and Telco sector, including a decade building and growing P&Ls across Asia. His career includes various CEO and senior management positions encompassing both developed and developing markets and covering a spectrum of companies from start-ups to large enterprises.
Peter’s notable achievements include scaling up digital businesses from scratch and helping spearhead one of the world’s most successful telco transformations over the past decade. He has a proven track record of leading digital business transformation programs and building strong company cultures in diverse markets across Asia Pacific and the United States.
He was previously the CEO of premium digital streaming service HOOQ, a joint venture between Singtel, Sony and Warner Brothers. Peter also held senior roles at Singtel, including Chief Operating Officer of Globe Telecom in the Philippines.
Prior to that, he was CEO of Virgin Mobile Australia and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development of Optus in Australia. He also has nearly a decade of strategy consulting experience, having served in a management capacity with Bain & Company.
Peter, who was born and educated in the United States, currently lives in Singapore with his wife and three daughters.
Lewis Ng is currently the Chief Operating Officer, Asia at SEEK, where he is transforming the region’s most successful job marketplace to become the best career platform in Asia.
His experience spans over two decades in Asia and the tech industry managing operations and P&L’s driving hyper growth.
Lewis has held leadership positions in highly regarded tech brands globally and in Asia including Apple and TripAdvisor, and in two of South East Asia’s unicorns Carousell and PropertyGuru.
Starting his career in Australia as a telesales agent, Lewis subsequently progressed in a broad range of disciplines within different organisations including sales, customer service, pricing, strategy, operations and marketing.
In his experience, Lewis has been employee number one building businesses from scratch, as well as transforming tech start-ups to successful unicorns leading organisations up to 800 strong.
He was previously the Chief Commercial Officer for Carousell, and prior to that the Chief Business Officer for PropertyGuru, which is now listed on NYSE.
Lewis was born in Sydney, Australia, where he studied Digital Media at UNSW, College of Fine Arts. He currently lives with his wife in Singapore. In his spare time, he enjoys painting and is also a fan of poker.
As a professional in Asia, Lewis is passionate about fully utilising his skills and knowledge in business building to grow together with the region.
Jane Cruz-Walker is responsible for building and evolving the JobStreet and JobsDB brands for both the jobseekers’ and employers’ sides of the marketplace across SEEK’s six markets in Asia.
She has had extensive APAC exposure in various senior management roles in the region. She brings over 20 years of experience in Tech, Media & Telco (TMT) in both start-up and large-scale organisations within Singtel and PLDT group, where she held key leadership roles across marketing, communications, commercial business units, business development and country operations across the region.
She was previously the CMO and VP for Southeast Asia of premium digital streaming service HOOQ, a joint venture between Singtel, Sony and Warner Brothers. Jane also held senior roles at MediaQuest including First Vice President of Marketing and New Media at ABC Broadcasting Corporation (TV5).
Prior to her TMT cross-over, Jane held marketing positions, leading FMCG brands in Colgate-Palmolive (Philippines, Global Business Division and APAC), Dairy Divisions of San Miguel Corporation and Magnolia-Nestle Corporation.
Jane is now based in Kuala Lumpur where she looks forward to a new adventure.
Anshu is the Managing Director of SEEK’s new venture, which aims to serve talent and employers in the semi-skilled segment, encompassing the JobStreet Express sub-brand. He is also spearheading the company’s strategic entry into the contingent labour segment in Asia.
He has held various roles with SEEK, most recently as the Chief Growth Officer for the employer side of SEEK’s marketplace in Asia, where he was responsible for driving business growth across the company’s footprint in the region. Anshu first joined SEEK as the Director of Strategy, Asia in 2019, where he was responsible for driving the growth strategy for the region. Subsequently, his role expanded to include the oversight of employer-focused offerings as the Director of Strategy and Product, Asia.
Prior to SEEK, Anshu has over 20 years of experience across various management positions in banking and management consulting. His notable achievements include the launch of the first payment gateway and electronic bill payment services in India during the early e-commerce days. He has helped companies set and execute growth and transformation agendas in over a dozen industries. He is passionate about inspiring teams to solve difficult problems and deliver against challenging agendas.
Anshu holds an MBA from INSEAD. Having lived or worked in 12 countries across Americas, Europe, and APAC since the start of his career, Anshu considers himself a global citizen.
Hsing Ren is the Chief Growth Officer for the employer side of SEEK’s marketplace in Asia, where he is responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, offering, commercial partnerships, and value proposition to employers under the JobStreet and JobsDB brands.
Having held multiple roles at SEEK, he most recently spearheaded the growth of the talent franchise in six Asian markets: Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Prior to that, he served as Commercial Director, overseeing the commercial operations, opportunities and strategy across the Asia business. His journey with SEEK began in 2016 as Director of Strategy, where he played a pivotal role in devising and implementing the company’s regional strategy, solidifying his expertise in online human capital marketplaces in South East Asia and globally.
Before moving to South East Asia, Hsing Ren worked in various strategy roles for 15 years in the telecoms, digital media and technology space in London. This experience included managing strategy for the global commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), as well as in management consulting where he advised the world’s largest telecoms and media players.

Chook Yuh Yng is the Chief Growth Officer for the talent side of SEEK’s marketplace in Asia, where she is responsible for driving the growth and engagement of the talent base on the JobStreet and JobsDB platforms. She also spearheads the development and roll out of the seekMAX careers and connect platform in Asia, which aims to grow new digital communities for SEEK’s next phase of platform growth – a responsibility she has assumed since 2021.
Yuh Yng held various roles throughout her 16 years with SEEK and JobStreet. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for driving the business transformation regionally as the Head of Transformation, and before that, she served as the Country Manager for JobStreet Malaysia and Singapore, where she was in charge of leading the business’ growth and operations in these countries. She first joined JobStreet Malaysia as its Head of Sales in 2007.
Overall, Yuh Yng has over 20 years of working experience in the private sector. Before joining JobStreet and SEEK, she has spent over 10 years in the ICT/ Telco industries in various commercial-related roles.
Yuh Yng graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. She currently sits on the Alumni Advisory Board for the university.
Michele Manigart is responsible for defining and driving locally responsive and group-aligned strategic priorities at SEEK, while building and leading a team of world-class strategists.
She brings 18 years of experience, including various leadership positions in management consulting, which provided her with deep experience in strategic and analytical thinking, core business operations and people management.
Most recently, Michele held the position of Director of Operations for Global Knowledge and Asia Telecoms, Media and Tech (TMT) Practice in McKinsey & Company’s Kuala Lumpur office. She served the prestigious organisation for close to 14 years, rising through the ranks, starting as a consultant before leading McKinsey’s internal operations for the TMT practice. Prior to McKinsey, Michele started her career in a Belgium-based food ingredient group, where she served as Regional Manager and helped set up the company’s first regional office in KL.
Michele holds a master-equivalent post-graduate degree in Management (magna cum laude) from the Université Catholique de Louvain, one of Belgium’s top-ranked universities.
Michele’s love affair with Malaysia started almost 30 years ago, when she landed in Subang airport at the age of 10 and spent the nineties living with her family in the then quiet streets of Ampang.
She came back as a professional 18 years ago, making Kuala Lumpur the home-base for all her pan-Asian professional roles. Michele, her husband Stephane and their two Malaysia-born children enjoy living in the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur. The family holds dual citizenship from Belgium and Luxembourg.
Paul Thomas is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy at SEEK, in support of the overall Asia business plan and strategic direction.
He is an experienced HR practitioner, bringing more than 35 years of broad regional experience in sales, sales training, manufacturing, human resources and general management across multiple industries.
He was previously the Head of Human Capital for Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and was responsible for overseeing Human Capital strategy and operations. Prior to joining Astro, he was the Regional Human Resource Head for Global Growth & Organisation ASEAN at General Electric, where he covered the HR operations for the whole of ASEAN region, with 12 direct reports and overall responsibility of a team of 50 HR employees. He was also previously the Regional Human Resource Director, Asia Pacific for Pfizer.
Paul started his career in research and development at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, before joining Glaxo as a Medical Sales Representative.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from UKM in 1989 and went on to complete his MBA from the University of Hull, UK in 1996.
Jude Braganza oversees all the financial aspects of SEEK’s business in Asia including accounting and financial reporting, commercial and financial planning and analysis, legal and risk management, as well as the unification of financial systems and processes across SEEK’s operations in the region.
With a career spanning 40 years, Jude has extensive experience working with executive management across multiple industries, geographies and cultures. He has a strong business acumen, is commercially savvy and is focused on strategy execution with a proven record of delivering various commercial and financial projects in complex environments.
Prior to SEEK, Jude spent over two decades in GSK where he held senior regional and global-level roles, including as APAC Audit Director, APAC Finance Strategy Director, Global Head of Finance for GSK’s Classic & Established Medicines business and most recently as the Senior Finance Director of GSK North Africa (Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia).
His notable achievements include leading several transformation initiatives which resulted in improved business performance, as well as developing high-performing teams across various countries in the region.
Jude is a Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Shen is a seasoned technology leader, serving as the Chief Technology Officer - Growth and Incubation at SEEK, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives and new incubations. He is responsible for driving technology innovation, delivery and operations around the company’s growth ventures across APAC.
Shen brings over 20 years of experience in various technical and leadership positions across a large diverse domain in financial, banking, insurance, media, and digital. With a background in research and computer science, Shen is curious and obsessed with leveraging technology as an enabler to solve problems and drive innovation.
Previously, Shen held the position of CTO for REA Group operations in International and Asia markets. Shen headed the Group’s IT strategy, operations, and product delivery and was involved in expansion work across Asia, Europe, India, and North America. Shen is passionate about technology and innovation, as well as building high performance teams to deliver values and connecting technology to the rest of the business.
Prior to REA Group, Shen was at Nomura, a global investment bank, where he was responsible in building and driving new digital experiences for the bank. Based in Hong Kong, he headed up teams across Japan, Hong Kong, India and China. He also served as a consultant with ThoughtWorks, a global technology consultancy based in Australia, U.S. and Asia for almost 10 years, working with large businesses in technical strategy, advisory, architecture, and delivery work.
He is a frequent speaker at industry events and works extensively with programs and partners to build and grow the tech community in Asia.
Isaac Shao is Asia’s main point of contact in supporting SEEK’s APAC Unification efforts. He is responsible for ensuring the seamless migration of SEEK’s platforms, transforming the business process and connecting with all key stakeholders in both APAC and ANZ to ensure the best practices are shared and implemented throughout the migration journey.
Isaac was previously the CEO for JobsDB Hong Kong, SEEK’s largest and best performing market in Asia. Under his leadership, JobsDB Hong Kong continued to be a market leader and a strong franchise, maintaining strength in brand, employee engagement and financial performance.
Prior to SEEK, Isaac founded and ran his own start-up besides serving in Google, where he ran the company’s online sales and operations for Hong Kong, helping advertisers develop and implement digital marketing strategy.
