His experience spans over two decades in Asia and the tech industry managing operations and P&L’s driving hyper growth.
Lewis has held leadership positions in highly regarded tech brands globally and in Asia including Apple and TripAdvisor, and in two of South East Asia’s unicorns Carousell and PropertyGuru.
Starting his career in Australia as a telesales agent, Lewis subsequently progressed in a broad range of disciplines within different organisations including sales, customer service, pricing, strategy, operations and marketing.
In his experience, Lewis has been employee number one building businesses from scratch, as well as transforming tech start-ups to successful unicorns leading organisations up to 800 strong.
He was previously the Chief Commercial Officer for Carousell, and prior to that the Chief Business Officer for PropertyGuru, which is now listed on NYSE.
Lewis was born in Sydney, Australia, where he studied Digital Media at UNSW, College of Fine Arts. He currently lives with his wife in Singapore. In his spare time, he enjoys painting and is also a fan of poker.

Jane Walker is responsible for building and evolving the Jobstreet and Jobsdb brands for both the talent’s and employers’ sides of the marketplace across SEEK’s six markets in Asia.
She has had extensive APAC exposure in various senior management roles in the region. She brings over 20 years of experience in Tech, Media & Telco (TMT) in both start-up and large-scale organisations within Singtel and PLDT group, where she held key leadership roles across marketing, communications, commercial business units, business development and country operations across the region.

Having held multiple roles at SEEK, he most recently spearheaded the growth of the talent franchise in six Asian markets: Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Prior to that, he served as Commercial Director, overseeing the commercial operations, opportunities and strategy across the Asia business. His journey with SEEK began in 2016 as Director of Strategy, where he played a pivotal role in devising and implementing the company’s regional strategy, solidifying his expertise in online human capital marketplaces in South East Asia and globally.
Before moving to South East Asia, Hsing Ren worked in various strategy roles for 15 years in the telecoms, digital media and technology space in London. Chook Yuh Yng is the Chief Growth Officer for the talent side of SEEK’s marketplace in Asia, where she is responsible for driving the growth and engagement of the talent base on the Jobstreet and Jobsdb platforms. She also spearheads the development and roll out of the seekMAX careers and connect platform in Asia, which aims to grow new digital communities for SEEK’s next phase of platform growth – a responsibility she has assumed since 2021.
Yuh Yng held various roles throughout her 16 years with SEEK and Jobstreet. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for driving the business transformation regionally as the Head of Transformation, and before that, she served as the Country Manager for Jobstreet Malaysia and Singapore, where she was in charge of leading the business’ growth and operations in these countries. Michele Manigart is responsible for defining and driving locally responsive and group-aligned strategic priorities at SEEK, while building and leading a team of world-class strategists.
She brings over 20 years of experience, including various leadership positions in management consulting, which provided her with deep experience in strategic and analytical thinking, core business operations and people management.
Prior to SEEK, Michele held the position of Director of Operations for Global Knowledge and Asia Telecoms, Media and Tech (TMT) Practice in McKinsey & Company’s Kuala Lumpur office. She served the prestigious organisation for close to 14 years, rising through the ranks, starting as a consultant before leading McKinsey’s internal operations for the TMT practice. Prior to McKinsey, Michele started her career in a Belgium-based food ingredient group, where she served as Regional Manager and helped set up the company’s first regional office in KL.
Michele holds a master-equivalent post-graduate degree in Management (magna cum laude) from the Université Catholique de Louvain, one of Belgium’s top-ranked universities.
Michele’s love affair with Malaysia started over 30 years ago, when she landed in Subang airport at the age of 10 and spent the nineties living with her family in the then quiet streets of Ampang. She came back as a professional in 2004, making Kuala Lumpur the home-base for all her pan-Asian professional roles. Michele, her husband Stephane and their two Malaysia-born children enjoy living in the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur. The family holds dual citizenship from Belgium and Luxembourg.
Paul Thomas is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy at SEEK, in support of the overall Asia business plan and strategic direction.
He is an experienced HR practitioner, bringing more than 35 years of broad regional experience in sales, sales training, manufacturing, human resources and general management across multiple industries.
He was previously the Head of Human Capital for Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and was responsible for overseeing Human Capital strategy and operations. Prior to joining Astro, he was the Regional Human Resource Head for Global Growth & Organisation ASEAN at General Electric, where he covered the HR operations for the whole of ASEAN region, with 12 direct reports and overall responsibility of a team of 50 HR employees. He was also previously the Regional Human Resource Director, Asia Pacific for Pfizer.
Paul started his career in research and development at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), before joining Glaxo as a Medical Sales Representative.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from UKM in 1989 and went on to complete his MBA from the University of Hull, UK in 1996.
Sumeet serves as the Asia Finance Director at SEEK, spearheading commercial finance operations across Asia. His role involves partnering with the Asia CEO to strategically manage SEEK’s commercial P&L in the region, steering investments and facilitating resource allocations critical to the company’s regional success.
With nearly two decades of experience predominantly in the FMCG and Oil & Gas sectors, Sumeet possesses a robust background across Asian and South Asian markets. His career journey includes managerial and leadership roles at Reckitt Benckiser, Nestle, and BPCL, each contributing to his versatile expertise.
Before joining SEEK, Sumeet was the Cluster Finance Director in Asia at Reckitt Benckiser for over four years. Notably, he held the position of Finance Leader (CFO) for Reckitt’s business in Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. His prior roles in the company include Commercial Controller for India, before stepping up as Finance Director for Reckitt’s Hygiene business in South East Asia in 2019.

Shen is a seasoned technology leader, serving as the Chief Technology Officer - Growth and Incubation at SEEK, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives and new incubations. He is responsible for driving technology innovation, delivery and operations around the company’s growth initiatives across APAC.
Shen brings over 25 years of experience in various technical and leadership positions across a large diverse domain in financial, banking, insurance, media, and digital. With a background in research and computer science, Shen is curious and obsessed with leveraging technology as an enabler to solve problems and drive innovation.
Previously, Shen held the position of CTO for REA Group operations in International and Asia markets. Shen headed the Group’s IT strategy, operations, and product delivery and was involved in expansion work across Asia, Europe, India, and North America. Shen is passionate about technology and innovation, as well as building high performance teams to deliver values and connecting technology to the rest of the business.
Prior to REA Group, Shen was at Nomura, a global investment bank, where he was responsible in building and driving new digital experiences for the bank. Based in Hong Kong, he headed up teams across Japan, Hong Kong, India and China. He also served as a consultant with ThoughtWorks, a global technology consultancy based in Australia, U.S. and Asia, working with large businesses in technical strategy, advisory, architecture, and delivery work.
