Varun Mehta is responsible for leading and driving JobStreet Indonesia’s business growth and operations, delivering on SEEK’s strategic priorities of tripling down in Indonesia.
Varun brings over 20 years of experience in the direct-to-consumer space of the Tech, Media and Telco industries across Asia, where he held various leadership positions managing P&L and business development.
He was previously the Indonesia Country Manager at Viu, Asia’s largest OTT focused on Asian entertainment for six years. Prior to Viu, Varun held various significant and progressive leadership roles with Vuclip and OnMobile based out of Indonesia. He spent a majority of his career driving hyper growth and expansion for consumer products, leading companies to market leadership through strategic planning and passionate execution.
Originally from India, Varun has spent the last 16 years in Indonesia and has formed a strong bond with the people, culture and the great opportunity it provides. He now calls Indonesia home.
Vic Sithasanan is responsible for leading and driving JobStreet Malaysia’s business growth and operations, while building on the company’s success and presence of more than two decades.
Vic is a recognised leader in digital businesses, having led several successful turnarounds and start-ups in the region. Prior to JobStreet, Vic was co-founder and Chief Growth Officer for HYPERLAB, one of the most awarded AI companies in APAC. Hyperlab was acquired by Everise, a global CX group, in 2018.
Vic also co-founded FutureLab in 2010 and grew it to be an award-winning digital and social agency in Malaysia and Singapore. APD (ASX: DIG) fully acquired FutureLab in 2012 and Vic took on the role of CEO Asia. Vic grew the group to encompass Shanghai, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, contributing close to 40% of the group’s revenue from less than 5%.
Prior to FutureLab, Vic was General Manager for BBDO/Proximity in Singapore and in Malaysia, helping both agencies grow their revenues and industry recognition. Malaysia was ranked #1 digital and CRM agency in Asia by one of the renowned directories in 2008 and Singapore was ranked #2 digital agency in APAC in 2009.
Chew Siew Mee is responsible for leading and driving JobStreet Singapore’ growth and operations, while building on the company’s success and presence throughout the Southeast Asia region.
A veteran in the recruitment industry, Siew Mee has over two decades of rich experience– all of them dedicated to growing and nurturing JobStreet. With her in-depth understanding of organisational structure and coupled with manpower-related decision-making practices, she has helped transform the recruitment journey of companies across the board.
Under her leadership, JobStreet Singapore has grown 15 folds and has successfully undergone digital transformation. She currently leads a team of 100 employees whom she works closely with to drive accelerated business growth. She also spearheads numerous transformational projects to drive change in one of Southeast Asia’s leading employment companies.
Working with people forms the essence of Siew Mee’s love for the job. This translates into her unique ability to mentor and coach across various functional departments.

Philip Gioca is responsible for leading and driving the JobStreet Philippines’ business growth and operations, as well as advancing its leadership position in the country.
With almost 30 years of experience in sales, operations and leadership roles across various industries, Philip has built a reputation as a leader who combines perseverance and talent to get things done, goals accomplished and dreams realised.
Philip first joined JobStreet as the Philippines’ Head of Sales Operations in 2010, where he was responsible for the overall market, product & marketing strategy and execution for the company. He also led the execution of integrated sales and marketing plans with a holistic view of the market, products, competition, customer and industry.
Over the years, Philip has repeatedly rallied the company toward the advocacy of “A Job for Every Filipino”. He has established collaboration with local government agencies including the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). He has also worked with NGOs like Project Inclusion, PH Business for Social Progress and private institutions to increase access to available job opportunities in the country and abroad.
Duangporn Promon, fondly known as Yui, is responsible for leading and driving JobsDB Thailand’s business growth and operations, as well as advancing its leadership position in the country.
Yui brings over 20 years of experience in the Tech, Media and Telco industries in Thailand, where she held various leadership positions managing P&L and business development.
She spent the first 16 years of her career with dtac, Thailand’s leading mobile operator, where her last role was Vice President of Mobile Advertising. Thereafter, she gained her country and general management experience in her subsequent roles as Country Director at AdParlor, Head of Agency at Facebook, Chief Marketing Officer at True Digital Group and Chief Executive Officer of GMM CJ O Shopping. Prior to JobsDB, she was a Client Partner with Meta.
Bringing with him deep industry experience in both tech and logistics, Bill Lee joined JobsDB Hong Kong as Managing Director in 2021. He leads the company’s sales, operations and strategic development.
Previously he was the Director of New Verticals at Foodpanda, developing the “quick commerce” model in Hong Kong from the ground up. In addition to his time at Foodpanda, he also led multiple businesses in e-commerce, delivery and logistics.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Multimedia University in Malaysia and is an avid debater.
